Are you physically strong enough to dig up earth and push a laden wheelbarrow up a ramp into a skip? NB a fully loaded 90l barrow will weigh between 80kg and 140kg.

Do you have the stamina to work a full 8 hour shift without stopping constantly?

Can you measure and cut wood to the correct size?

Do you know how to remove natural grass turf?

Do you know how to level timber or plastic framing using a spirit level?

Do you know how to shovel sub-base/stones efficiently.

Are you physically fit?

Are you genuinely reliable?
